Design House 2025, as part of Design Week Mexico 2025, presents innovative design proposals, and for this edition, we are showcasing our Fuori outdoor kitchen line.
In this space, we designed an outdoor kitchen that blends modern styles with traditional Mexican homes, durable materials, and high-quality equipment, creating a functional and elegant solution for enjoying gastronomy in harmony with nature and contemporary design.

Space
This outdoor kitchen design has been conceived to blend seamlessly into gardens, terraces, or patios, making the most of every square meter of available space.
The kitchen is strategically positioned within its surroundings, creating an inviting space for cooking, socializing, and enjoying the outdoors in comfort.
The patio of this house in Las Lomas is a spacious and well-maintained area, designed to maximize the connection with the outdoors. Surrounded by greenery and decorative elements that highlight its character, it offers an ideal setting for gatherings and moments of relaxation. The addition of a modern outdoor kitchen completely transforms the patio, allowing residents to enjoy meals in a comfortable environment. Thanks to its size and layout, this space becomes the perfect place to spend time outdoors, create memorable moments, and enhance the functionality of the home.
Design Line
The design line is Fuori by Vitelier, renowned for its contemporary, elegant, and timeless style. Fuori stands out for its minimalist lines, precise details, and high-quality finishes, designed for high-end outdoor environments.
The line aims to create spaces that are not only practical but also visually striking, where each element reinforces a modern and elegant character. The proposal reaffirms the idea that good design can enhance any outdoor space, transforming it into a place where beauty and functionality complement each other to offer a unique experience.
Materials
For outdoor use, the kitchen countertop was constructed with Dekton Umber sintered stone. This material is highly resistant to harsh outdoor conditions, including extreme temperatures, scratches, stains, and impacts. This sintered stone guarantees durability.
Dekton Umber offers not only durability but also a highly sophisticated aesthetic finish, adding depth and modernity to the design. Choosing this material ensures that the surface remains in perfect condition for years, preserving its beauty even after intensive use or constant exposure to harsh weather.
Modules & Cabinets
The kitchen furniture has been designed to offer functionality and organization, without losing style through a logical modular system:
They include a bottle drawer that makes it easy to store spices, oils, and other grilling supplies, ideal for casual gatherings or outdoor celebrations. They also feature a door with a built-in trash can, designed to keep the space clean and tidy.
In addition, there is a door with three drawers, perfect for storing frequently used utensils, condiments, or ingredients, making them easily accessible during food preparation.
Finally, below the grill area, there are two doors that allow you to store charcoal, utensils or various accessories, optimizing every space and facilitating order in the cooking area.
Appliances
The design incorporates high-quality elements and advanced technology. The Dawn sink is characterized by its functionality and elegant design, facilitating cleaning and food preparation outdoors. The KWC single-lever mixer tap provides precise water control, combining ergonomics and style in a single unit.
The heart of the kitchen is the Blaze grill, which integrates cutting-edge technology to deliver reliable and efficient performance, allowing you to cook a variety of foods with ease.
Blum hardware complements the cabinetry, offering doors and drawers that open and close smoothly, ensuring durability and ease of use every day. This combination of appliances guarantees a space that is not only beautiful but also highly functional, ready to meet culinary needs for both everyday gatherings and special occasions.
Sustainability and Design
The Design House 2025 outdoor kitchen project focuses not only on aesthetics and functionality, but also on sustainability and the intelligent use of resources. In a world where environmental awareness is increasingly important, this proposal integrates sustainable solutions and materials that minimize ecological impact without compromising quality or design.
Furthermore, the choice of colors and textures in the kitchen design is carefully planned to visually integrate with the natural surroundings. This not only creates a harmonious and attractive space, but also strengthens the user’s connection with the environment, fostering a culinary experience that goes beyond food preparation.
In short, this outdoor kitchen represents a harmonious balance between technological innovation, sustainability, and aesthetic design, offering a space that is both a pleasure to use and a pleasure to admire.
