About
Vitelier — Kitchen Design Studio in Mexico
Vitelier is a Mexican studio dedicated to the design, manufacture, and installation of custom kitchens, approached from an architectural and deeply human perspective.
We understand the kitchen as one of the most complex and significant spaces in a home. It’s a place for work, gathering, and daily life. For this reason, each project is developed with the same rigor as any other architectural space: with analysis of its use, technical clarity, and careful attention to materials and processes.
Our work combines design, manufacturing, and personalized support, with the goal of developing durable, functional kitchens designed to accompany the lives of those who inhabit them for many years.

Estefania Hoth
Estefanía Hoth is an architect, a graduate of the Universidad Iberoamericana, and the founder of Vitelier. Since 2006, she has developed a professional career in architecture and urban planning, participating in residential, corporate, and housing projects of varying scales. During this time, she was involved in the development of a school spanning over 10,000 m², designed according to the standards of the Living Building Challenge, one of the most demanding international benchmarks for sustainability.
In 2014, she founded Vitelier with a clear conviction: to demonstrate that Mexico possesses the technical knowledge, manufacturing capacity, and craftsmanship necessary to produce high-quality kitchens comparable to any international standard. For over a decade, the studio has developed custom kitchen projects for homes in various cities in Mexico and Miami, establishing itself as a leader in architectural kitchen design.
In 2024, he inaugurated Casa Vitelier in Mexico City, a space conceived so that architects, clients and visitors can learn about the studio’s materials, processes and design proposals firsthand.
Practice
Design and manufacturing in Mexico
One of Vitelier’s fundamental principles is the conviction that quality depends not on geographical origin, but on the rigor with which it is crafted.
The studio is committed to national manufacturing, collaborating with specialized workshops, technicians, and artisans who contribute knowledge, precision, and skill to each project.
Working with local production allows for control over processes, attention to every construction detail, and a direct relationship between design and manufacturing.
It also allows for something equally important: building a design culture made in Mexico, based on technical expertise, carefully selected materials, and clear processes.
A process of continuous improvement
Every kitchen we design provides valuable lessons for the next project.
At Vitelier, we understand design as a constantly evolving process, where accumulated experience translates into increasingly precise decisions.
This involves reviewing processes, improving construction solutions, adjusting storage systems, and evaluating the performance of materials over time.
Quality isn’t an added attribute at the end of a project. It’s the result of meticulous work that encompasses every stage: design, manufacturing, installation, and follow-up.
A close and technical studio
More than just a kitchen supplier, Vitelier operates as a specialized design studio, guiding its clients through the entire process.
Each project begins with a conversation to understand how the kitchen is used and its role within the home. From there, a design is developed that integrates ergonomics, technology, materials, and everyday experience.
The goal is not to produce an isolated object, but to create a space that functions precisely for many years.
If you are exploring custom kitchen design in Mexico, at Vitelier we can accompany you from the first ideas to the final installation of the project.
Philosophy
We design kitchens made for life.
We design kitchens because that’s where life happens. Not as an abstract idea, but as an everyday act.
A kitchen must work today
and twenty years from now.
We design from the question, not from the form.
Who will use it?
How do they move around?
How do they cook?
How do they live?
We work with technique, structure, and craftsmanship.
Quality is not an added attribute:
it’s the foundation of everything.
We believe in design made in Mexico.
In local labor.
In technical expertise.
We design with people,
not for them.
We don’t compete on price.
We compete on judgment, experience, and commitment.
The kitchen is a workshop,
a laboratory,
a living space.
A place where we create, learn, and share.
We design kitchens made for life.
