Paseo de los Duraznos 93
Kitchen in Coyoacán
Mexico City
A 15 m² wooden kitchen with a gray countertop unfolds from a peninsula that articulates the preparation and dining areas, becoming the functional and social hub of the project.
The combination of wood veneer with patina and matte lacquer breaks with the rigidity of minimalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere that invites you to linger and enjoy.
The sintered stone countertop introduces a sober and timeless counterpoint, anchoring the space in its materiality and ensuring the necessary solidity for everyday use.
A column of open niches breaks the sequence of closed fronts and adds lightness. This feature allows personal belongings to be displayed naturally, imbuing the space with character.
And finally, a tower of ovens with two drawers at the bottom and a door at the top.
